Heartland Park Topeka TNT/Fun and Grudge - every other Thursday
If you’re looking for a night of fun, Heartland Park opens its ¼ mile NHRA championship Drag Strip every other Thursday night for Fun and Grudge racing. All cars and motorcycles must pass NHRA safety inspection, drivers ages 16-18 are required to have a minor parental consent form signed by both parents. A state driver’s license is needed by all others. Come out and watch for only 10 bucks you may see your favorite drag team testing, as test ‘n tune of race cars is welcome.
Sunflower Music Festival at White Music Hall from June 6-14
Sunflower Music Festival of Topeka, Kansas presents an annual series of orchestra concerts, chamber music evenings, educational projects and other artistic events of the highest level. These events occur throughout a two week period each June in White Concert Hall on the Washburn University campus.
