Shop the Chandler Booktique for an ever-changing selection of gently used books, magazines, movies, music, and more. The Booktique’s inventory comes from generous donations made by 
library patrons and community members, making every visit a chance to discover something new while supporting the library.
In addition to pre-loved media, the Booktique features a thoughtfully curated collection of new gift items, including jewelry, home décor, greeting cards, seasonal items, and unique accessories. Known as one of Topeka’s favorite spots for gift shopping, the Booktique offers affordable finds for readers, collectors, and shoppers alike.
The Chandler Booktique is named in honor of Anderson Chandler and his family in recognition of their generous support of the library. Chandler, former chairman and president of Fidelity Bank and Trust Co., was a dedicated community leader who passed away in 2019.
Operated by the Friends of the Library with the help of staff and volunteers, every purchase made at the Booktique directly supports library programs, services, collections, and community activities.
