No food for TAB meetings. Colleen offered to bring cookies.

TAB ideas for programs that don’t cost money

• Writer’s group; Reader’s theater
• Board games – Monopoly, Battleship, etc
• U Tube get together
• Teen Trivia
• Humane Shelter
• Kipper’s Cradle (soft rock band) – Sawyer knows them
• Call of Duty structured tournament
• Contest  - photos of strange things that people have to guess what it is – in showcase – Colleen will help
• Field trip to see the Edge hallway showcases. Exquisite Corpse display isn’t up yet but Sherri said “soon”.

TAB were given a reading log and explanation how to get points.

TAB volunteering & activities for the summer:

•  Colleen – watching neighbor kids next door to grandma’s; driving practice, Barnes & Noble
•  Sawyer – Operation Kid’s Camp, Teen camp in Salina, work for parents
•  Victor – Rescue Mission (Victor gave us insight to the people & operation) & TSCPL, Youth Camp, Firework Stand, VBS & Worlds of Fun
•  Brian – Rescue Mission, Tennis camp
•  Colton – Driver’s Ed

Discussion about the Community Supporting Youth. Duprees (teen club downtown Topeka).  Kansas Career Pipeline (several had heard about this in their schools). They shared the results of the test.
Colleen (record keeper) – Kelsea hasn’t attended for many months.
