The Topeka Capital-Journal has recognized the Library as a fun place to visit, and to bring a Date for under $20.00 (since it's already paid for, you can save money for dinner afterwards, at our Millenium café.)

The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 movie, which is based on the popular book series by Ann Brashares, will hit theaters on August 8. The books and movies follow four life-long friends as they grow up and strike out on their own. The girls experience lots of heartbreak and joy, but never lose the the support and strength of their sisterhood.
