While I was putting up my LGBTQQ (LesBiGayTransQueerQuestioning) Book Display, I was inspired to share with you my very favorites of the genre. So here you go!

Sometimes truth really is stranger than fiction.  Take the case of Michael Finkel, a journalist who used to write for the New York Times Magazine.  He had just gotten in big trouble after it was discovered that he took creative liberties with a story.    Just after he is fired and before he stops taking phone calls to avoid the media, he receives word that a man named Christian Longo has just been taken into custody by the FBI because he is a suspect in the murder of his wife...

This reviewer loved The Glass Castle: A Memoir by Jeannette Walls--who is now a gossip columnist for MSNBC.  Who knows if it's all true but it's a great story about a very unconventional childhood.  Jeannette says her mom was more into painting than raising kids, and didn't seem to care about things like fixing dinner.  Her dad was paranoid and made them move a lot because he was afraid people were after him.  Some of her childhood memories include getting seriously burned after...
