... Today was fun. I got to hang out with cool people and talk about art and build eye muscles.

The 28th Annual Art is Ageless juried art exhibit in Topeka is calling for entries from area artists aged 65 and older. Entry Deadline is July 19.
Sponsored by Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America, this competition is open to: Drawing, Painting, Photography, Sculpture/3D, Needlework, Fiber Arts and Mixed Media.

This exhibit traces the history of art collecting at the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library, shows examples of some of the first purchases and display spaces, and underscores the visionary role the Library has played, since its conception, in valuing art and arts education in a public library context.
