Surprise Cookies
Combine shortening, eggs, flour, dry ingredients, and mix like pie dough. Make a little ball and stick a pecan half in the middle of the ball. Bake 8 minutes. Cut large marshmallow in half and place on each cookie. Put back in oven for about 3 minutes (don't leave so long the marshmallow falls off). Bake at 350 degrees. Makes approximately 5...
