Bio:
Scarlett Fisher-Herreman has been a reference librarian at TSCPL since 2002.  She holds undergraduate degrees in Art History and International Studies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Master of Library Science from Emporia State University.   She is TSCPL’s consumer health librarian but also has research interests in genealogy and women’s history.  Regarded as “the librarian extraordinaire” by her adoring fanbase, she enjoys the distinction of being the only librarian with a hair color that matches her name.
