Library services develop in response to our customer needs. Book Group in Bag provides sets of books for discussion groups. If you aren’t sure what to read next, request a Personalized Reading List based on your preferences. When our library collection does not contain the item you desire, Interlibrary Loan is available to patrons who wish to borrow materials from other libraries.

Our customers receive services outside of the library’s building at 10th and Washburn. Our three Bookmobiles deliver library materials and services to locations throughout Shawnee County. Senior Services and Talking Books target special populations by adapting library services to meet the needs of seniors and low-vision or blind readers.

While libraries traditionally promote book collections, our library customers enjoy an extensive and popular circulating collection of Movies and Music. Our library also features the Alice C. Sabatini Gallery, home to three dynamic galleries and Topeka's oldest public art collection.
