Welcome to the Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library

Kansas Telecommunications Access Program (TAP)

image

Are you needing an amplified telephone or another listening device to help you maintain your basic everyday communications? The Kansas Telecommunications Access Program (TAP) may be able to help. TAP is a state funded program that provides specialized devices to Kansans with disabilities or impairments so they can access basic home telecommunication services. Click on the link above to find out more about their eligibility requirements and application processes. If you are interested in obtaining an application form, stop by the Red Carpet Services Desk across from the Main Checkout Desk. The staff will be happy to assist you.
