I was curious to see how the survey process went so I decided to try it. The survey did not ask for any specific personal information such as your name, address, e-mail, or telephone. It asked general yes and no questions about topics like medications being taken, food and other supplies you currently have, and your family or neighbors living in the area. When the survey was finished, I was provided a ready checklist to help me prepare for a disaster based on my needs. It also gave me a specific emergency supply checklist and an emergency information card to fill out. Overall, I was pleased with the results and thought it was very easy to use.
