You can obtain the times of sunrise, sunset, moonrise, moonset, transits of the Sun and Moon, and the beginning and end of civil twilight, along with information on the Moon's phase by specifying the date and location on the form.

The database consists of indexing, abstracts, and full text records describing the nature and habitat of familiar animals.

NOAA Ocean Explorer is an educational Internet offering for all who wish to learn about, discover, and virtually explore the oceans. It provides access to current information on NOAA scientific and educational explorations and activities.

PLANTS National Database (USDA)
Great information that is easy to access. Database includes data on a wide variety of species, crop information, checklists, plant growth data, and reference to other plant resources. Includes some photos.

Science Niche is the Online Biology and Chemistry Education Center. It has links to many general science, chemistry and biology websites.
