A Crown With a View 168 steps to a fabulous view from the top of a national landmark. Destination:  the Statue of Liberty’s observation deck inside the crown.  Access to the crown was closed to tourists following the September 11, 2001, attacks in New York and will finally reopen tomorrow, July 4.
