Okay on the way to Sarasota from St. Petersburg there is this impossibly long bridge called the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.  It is reportedly the longest bridge in the world at 5.5 miles in length.  Personally I am not a fan of high and long bridges over expansive bodies of water therefore I can’t really tell you about the view from the bridge as my eyes were tightly squeezed shut and I had a death-grip on the arm rests.  So you will just have to go see for yourself how fantastic the view is.
