The Department of Health and Human Services, headed by Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, has its own YouTube channel. (who says government isn't cool) is hosting a contest to produce a Public Service Annoucement about flu prevention. Check out the videos and vote for your favorite at http://www.youtube.com/USGOVHHS.
