Fiber Focus 2009 call for entries Calling all fiber artists! This nine-state regional juried exhibition is hosted by Art Saint Louis, a non-profit cooperative gallery located in Downtown St. Louis. Co-presented by Art Saint Louis, Missouri Fiber Artists, Saint Louis Art Museum, Surface Design Association and Weavers’ Guild of St. Louis, with grants from Regional Arts Commission, Missouri Arts Council, and the Trio Foundation. Who is eligible? Open to artists 21 years of age and older living in Missouri and the eight bordering states: IL, KY, TN, AR, OK, NE, IA, KS. Entries must present contemporary artwork in any FIBER media or combination of fiber media. Other media may be incorporated if the central or key element explored is clearly fiber or fiber technique.
