What's the deal with all the vampires these days in books, movies, and television? On NPR's All Things Considered, Margot Adler explores share her observations on what makes this new crop of vampires stand out. 

Her piece is thoughtful, insightful and fun, but best of all is her 75 book list of vampire fiction including her off-the-cuff reactions and opinions for each book.
