My favorite thing about this book is… it keeps you guessing and it is a hard to put down book.

Darlene recommends The Unknown Ajax by Georgette Heyer
 
My favorite thing about this book is… Plot and characters. Heyer rounds out all of her characters so that they hit the time period and seem realistic at the same time.
I’d recommend this book to other readers who like… Regency, romances, historical fiction.

Charity recommends Bloodhound by Tamora Pierce
 
My favorite thing about this book is… that it is written as a series of journal or diary entries. The story continues to develop the lives of characters first met in Terrier. The main character, Beka Cooper is now in her first year as a cop and has trouble finding a permanent partner. Adventure continues to find Beka and her friends as they seek counterfeiters.
 I’d recommend this book to other readers who like…fantasy tales or stories set in medieval times with lots of fighting, adventure and detective work.
