Welcome to the Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library
Marlowe has spent his life moving from place to place, but now he’s settled into the routine of the small town of Evelyn. Everything is routine especially Marlowe’s life since every full moon he turns into a werewolf. He’s not a born killer and is haunted by the deaths, so Marlowe has struck a delicate balance with this curse by only killing bad people. However, this self-styled vigilante’s life is about to be turned upside down when another killer comes to town.
The Rose Killer has begun murdering young women in the county, and Marlowe has decided that the murderer will be his next victim. There is a clock ticking since Marlowe has to find out the identity of the killer before the next full moon. His werewolf form will kill someone even if Marlowe doesn’t have the name of the killer. In The Wolfman by Nicholas Pekearo, Marlowe can’t control the werewolf in him, and he discovers that good intentions can be paved in blood.
