Librarians make lifelong impressions in people's lives. They help give confidence to students struggling to make the grade. They help unemployed individuals understand their own strengths and connect them to resources to find a job. They help people find a good book to read. The librarians at the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library serve the public in numerous ways. Now, the public has an opportunity to give back. Find out how.

Late Fees – Frequently Asked Questions

Late fees begin Oct. 1, 2009. Three simple ways you can manage your account: Return on time, receive reminders and renew. Sign up at catalog.tscpl.org to receive pre-due date reminders and overdue notices via email. Renew your items online, in person or on a bookmobile or by calling our renewal hotline at 785-580-4424. Get answers to some of your other questions about the implementation of late fees.
