In 2010 meeting room users who need audiovisual, technical or staging will pay a $25 equipment usage fee.

For non-profits, the use of library meeting spaces is free, but they, along with any for-profit organization, will be charged for audio-visual equipment set-up. This fee began Oct. 1, along with late fees and fees for Interlibrary Loan requests. The library will implement mailing fees in 2010.

All customers who are assessed an equipment usage fee should pay the fee before the day of the event. All reservations should be made at least two weeks in advance for smaller groups and four weeks in advance for larger groups.
