In his new book, Designing the Digital Experience, David Lee King introduces us to the concept of “experience design” to create more customer-friendly, socially interactive websites that attract and keep loyal customers. King is the Digital Branch and Information Technology Manager at the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library.
